Character Powers: Gerard was on the run after he shot up Smallville High School when he was 18 and found himself in the desert. Driving his old mustang, he tumbled off a cliff after he was run down by the police. His car crashed through a government owned fence and into a Government designed machine full of rods that was a test to see if there was a new way to harness the power of the speed force. However that's not what ended up happening, Gerard found himself caught in the electric shock and ultimately exploded, spending 20 years travelling through time uncontrollably. When he reached 38 he finally traveled back to the present, naked, terminator style, however he was unable to do this again, so he used whatever newfound powers he had to his own use.

Electric Bolts: Gerard can fire electric bolts at the maximum distance of 15 feet.

Teleportation: Gerard can explode in a 5 foot electric radius to teleport to a max distance of 30 ft, however he would need a 5 minute recharge time if he needed to teleport again.

Shockwave: Gerard can release his electric energy at a max of 20 ft in a mass shockwave.

NOTE: His electricity isnt enough to kill in one go, but it does cause severe pain.

WEAKNESSES: Water, just enough water can cause Gerard to become overwhelmed by his electric energy and either die or pass out.
