Powers & Abilities:
SUPER-ATLANTEAN PHYSIOLOGY: Born into a royal family deep in the trenches of Atlantis, Cetus is the product of two super-Atlanteans that lived in the underwater city. As a child of the sea, Cetus is privy to powers that other sea creatures are not able to have. This means that he can breathe underwater, endure the pressures of the deep, and can spend a good amount of time out of water. He also possesses a superhuman body, all by-products of his body being adapted to survive unprotected in the tremendous pressures of the ocean depths. Such prowess is not available to most average Atlanteans, as being born in the royal family has made Cetus a man among boys in the ranks of the Deep. As a young Atlantean, Cetus' body has not fully developed like many of his ancestors, so he does not possess all of the abilities that they had. But, even while he does not have the capabilities of a fully-fledged Super-Atlantean, Cetus is still a capable warrior gifted in knocking out every-day evil-doers.

• Superhuman Physique: As mentioned before, Cetus is a subset of Atlanteans known for their superior overall power. Ever since he was a young lad, Cetus trained with his local military base to improve his body and gain strength. Over the years as he fought and exercised, his body became increasingly capable of amazing feats easily surpassing the greatest (normal) Atlantean soldier. His body was primed for being able to punch bottlenose whales, sharks, and large octopuses. When one local scientist attempted to measure how strong Cetus was, he came to approximation of the young Atlantean being able to punch with 3 metric tons of force. Due to the pressure of the deep seas being much greater than this, his body is easily capable of withstanding such force, though he might tire out quickly from hitting at maximum capacity over a long period of time.
  
  
• Marine Telepathy: Due to his blonde locks and blue eyes, which his mother said were the cause of him being able to speak with the sea creatures, Cetus is capable to speaking to all manner of animals that roam the waters. When he is near the vicinity of any type of sea creature, he is capable of asking for their help, whatever the situation may call for. While having such a capability does help him whenever he is friendly, Cetus has to be careful not to ask too forcefully or malignantly, or the sea creatures will not come to his call when he asks for it. Such telepathy does not stop at animals. Whenever someone or something is within his area (300 feet), Cetus is capable of speaking to them telepathically, which helps when he is trying to save drowning victims or on a mission.
  

Equipment & Capabilities:
WATERBEARER ARM: When Cetus was made an orphan due to the raging battle of Trigon and Aquaman, he found himself at near-death many times often. With his parents and close family dead from war, Cetus was forced to flee to regions of the sea that he had never been to before. In one of his encounters, he came across the Lady of the Lake in the Secret Sea. Seeing his chaotic past and the lack of companionship that Cetus had, the Lady of the Lake made Cetus her waterbearer. She replaced his normal arm structure with one made of water, making him a much more powerful foe. With the special properties of the water, only the Lady of the Lake and Cetus can manipulate the arm in any fashion since the arm was an extension of the Lady and the waters she governed.

• Hydrokinesis: To an extent, Cetus is able to control water due to the properties of the arm the Lady of the Lake gave him. The Lady of the Lake put a seal on the shoulder of his left arm, stating that the arm would be blocked off from any astronomical amounts of water manipulation. At its current state, the arm is able to move about 3 metric tons of water, which is enough to destroy small boats and veer large sailboats off course with enough persuasion. Since his arm is made of water, Cetus is capable of manipulating that as well, able of making basic shapes like whips and mallets.
  

HAND-TO-HAND COMBATANT: From his time training with the military base near his sea's province, Cetus was able to pick up on various things from watching other men fight. While he is no master at martial arts, Cetus is very much capable of handing other Level One heroes and making due with his powers. His combat style centers around a mix of striking and grappling his opponents, which he learned to be very useful when he got his water-arm. (Beginner)
