Powers & Abilities:

ENHANCED CONDITION: 'Vex', formerly kown as Viktor Mengele, is a byproduct of the Third Reich's attempts to create a perfect soldier, a one-man army you could say. Subjected to a variety of augmentations, cybernetic and organic, 'Vex' was gifted with an enhanced condition. His strength, durability, and accuracy enhanced to metahuman levels through the Nazi's engineering. Though, as a direct byproduct of his genetic code being altered with in a variety of ways, Mengele was horribly disfigured, more akin to a zombie than a man.
———Enhanced Strength: ^{Level One} The muscles and bones directly related to Viktor's ability to lift heavy objects were directly enhanced by cybernetic's and genetic engineering. These augmentations display themselves as a cybernetic arms, legs, and spinal column. The non-visible augmentations relate to the density and explosive ability of the muscles in his back and remaining ligaments in his shoulders and knees.
———Enhanced Durability: ^{Level One} The portions of Viktor's body directly related to his consitution and durability were vastly enhanced by the Nazi augmentations. They are manifested as a thickening of his muscle tissue in all areas of his body through genetic engineering, and the application of exceptionally durable, yet thin, metal plates placed just beneath Viktor's skin. The durability carries on throughout his entire body, and even applies to the cybernetics.
———Enhanced Accuracy: ^{Level One} Viktor's accuracy was increased through mental augmentation and the introduction of an "eye-scope" grafted directly into his optic nerve and orbital bone. Viktor's augmentation allows him to see the results of potential shots before he makes them through an advanced H.U.D. (Heads up Display), and make shots that would otherwise be impossible, such as curving the trajectory of a 7.62x51 mm round around a curved plane.
