Rumors spread in the criminal underworld of a weapons trade between two mobs residing in Metropolis and Gotham of high tech weaponry gathered and repaired from the battle for Gotham in the war. The shipment of this high tech weaponry is rumored to be making its way through the Metropolis outskirts.

OBJECTIVES

HEROES: Stop the weapons shipment and apprehend the criminals WITHOUT causing too much collateral damage.
