Powers and Abilities

Peak Human Physiology: ??? possesses the maximum capabilities of the basic human capabilities. Measuring six feet and eight inches, he could be considered one of the strongest humans without enhancements or superpowers in the world. Naturally capable of pushing an entire sports utility vehicle on his own, or even kick down a metal door off its hinges. Agile as a cat and quick as a Olympian runner, when faced against any average human being they stand no chance. Not limited to his strength and speed, reflexes are so heightened that they're capable of reacting to superhuman capabilities with the proper application of his focus. His physical physiology makes him capable of withstanding superhuman attacks without instantaneous death, though taking damage in lieu of instant combustion, his peak physiology allows him to absorb the insane levels of damage from superhuman attacks, while still taking damage, he limits himself to internal bleeding and sprained/dislocated bones . With his significant size and strength along with durability, he sustains a particular capability in regards to his stamina, despite being a peak human he can sustain battle for an hour or even more if driven by pain and hatred. Over all, his peak human capabilities allow him to fend off numerous forms of threats and provide a significant threat to both peak human, enhanced and superhuman foes. With these combined abilities, his coordination is also affected to the peak of human capabilities. Genius Level Criminally Deranged Intellect: ??? possesses a far superior intellect than the average person. Combined with a dash of psychosis and criminal tenancies make this quite a threat. Though seemingly unpredictable and almost completely random, there is always a bigger picture in his mind. Despite contrary belief, he possesses highly advance knowledge in multiple fields to include chemistry, medicine, biology and other worldly knowledge of things to include extraterrestrial life to some degree. Combining his intellect with his peak human abilities allow him to predict his adversaries moves in combat, combining his reflexes with his constantly functioning mind to enable him to react to what would be impossible for any normal man.

Indomitable Psychotic Will: Goals and objectives aren't perceived the same way by him. Where others would see things as a challenge to overcome, or some form of obstacle to get around, his goals are more psychotic obsessions that once his psychotic mind sets its mind to it, he will stop at nothing to overcome any obstacle in his way. This enables him endure telepathic attacks to his mental psyche as well as the ability to keep on fighting beyond the limit of his physical status, an extra boost powered by his mental derangement in order to conquer his opponents.

Chemically Altered Nerves: Chemical alteration that provides him with his milky white skin allows him to feel no physical pain from attacks. Though still able to feel someone's touch or the contact of something against his body, he cannot feel pain, making him hard to keep down, especially when combined with his indomitable psychotic will power. Despite being unable to feel pain, he is still able to be damaged as would any other human being.

Skills & Capabilities

Seasoned Hand to Hand Combatant: Quite a mixed batch to work with, though not formally trained, he's quite proficient at boxing and wrestling, and with years of practice and compensated by his immense size, when it comes to grappling and using someones momentum against them, and pure hand to hand combat, it's quite hard to be matched by your average thugs.

Marksmanship: A proficient shooter, he is quite accurate with any form of firearm, or throwing weapon. With semi-automatic weapons and bolt actions it's quite rate for him to miss, but with automatic weapons it's quite harder to hit a target due to the recoil provided by the weapon, though he does remain quite accurate.

Wacky Inventor: Utilizing his psychotic genius, he can cook up some pretty wacky stuff for him or his followers to use against his foes.

Weapon's Expert: When it comes to weaponry, there isn't one on earth he doesn't know how to handle as long as it is known to man, he knows how to work it and has a particular proficiency with it.

Equipment

Wacky Gadgets: Explosive jack in the box, electric mallet, acid spray and all sorts of other clown like gadgets that fit the situation, he seems to have it on standby. His creations aren't limited by such things as explosives and small electric discharges from mallets and other party tricks. Rumor says he possesses holographic technology and heat based ray weaponry within his arsenal of weapons ready for any occasion he deems worthy. Explosives limited to a volatile explosion of up to two tonnes, and heat based weapons up to 1000 degrees of heat.

"Mexican Fiesta": The name of his primary fire arm, a Sawed-Off Shotgun. He carries multiple assortments of ammunition for it, including concussive explosive, dragon's breath, slug, armor piercing and even a shell that deploys a durable metal net running an electrical current upon contact!

Specific Carried Explosives Weapons: Contact Grenades, Contact Smoke Explosives, Incendiary Grenades, "Glue" Grenades, Cryogenic Grenades, Sonic Sound Grenades, Acid Grenades.

Vast Armory: All conceivable fire arms at his disposal should the occasion rise to it, rockets, bladed, snipers, explosives, small arms, assault rifles, from street weaponry all the way to military.

Criminal Resources: Criminal underworld's finest goons and henchmen and a seemingly endless amount of resources to accompany the King of the Criminal Underground. Goons are deathly loyal, rumor has it they're brainwashed and perceive him as their King... almost their God..

"Twisty Costume": Inspired by some really crappy horror show, he has a goofy looking clown outfit! Underneath it is lined with a reinforced Kevlar vest with a sheet of metal over the vest itself. Designed to be shock absorbent, the metal sheet can take up to two tonnes of compressed damage before breaking into the far more shock absorbent  Kevlar lining under. It can withstand up to one thousand degrees of heat before rupturing. The costume is made to be suitable for any situation, the buttons themselves are small volatile acid dispensers activated remotely from the wearers gloves. The gloves themselves are capable of emitting electrical shocks, and within the costumes sleeves are numerous sharp and deadly bladed weapons. The shoes have stiletto blades on the tip of each one. Includes sonic sound dampening ear plugs to avoid his own sonic grenades.

"Twisty Mask": The mask that covers his face acts as a re-breather if activated in time. It is also made from a durable carbon fiber variant that allows for optimum protection on the lower half of the wearers face and is strapped on by metal plated holds around the wearer's head. Within the twisted teeth are acid ducts that allow acid to be spewed from the mask. It is durable enough to withstand as much as the Kevlar lining under his wacky costume.
