• DESTRUCTION MAGIC - Augustine is capable of launching powerful magical attacks. This take the shape of two things, either magical lightning or magical fire. Both of which share similar properties but are used for different things. Both have a destructive force of level three superhuman, but fire is capable of burning at level three heat, and lightning is capable of bouncing from target to target; shocking and stunning each of them on contact. Due to the magical nature these attacks are capable of overcoming most physical resistance ignoring just a level of durability. He's not limited to only creating these things, he's capable of manipulating existing sources and turning them into their magical varierants.
  
• HEALING - Augustine is capable of healing people for level three healing times.
  
• TRANSMUTATION - Augustine is capable of transmuting matter and energy into different forms. He's capable of turning normal paper into gold, water into wine, and pure air into sand. Those are all just examples. He's capable of transmuting most things into anything else even things of magical nature besides rare things like kryptonite and things of that nature.
  
• TRANSPORTATION - Augustine is capable of invoking magic to transport him in different ways. He's currently capable of teleporting places he's been or can see, he's capable of teleporting people and objects as well. But he's also capable of flying with level three speed, and he can make others fly as well.
  
• PROTECTION - Augustine is capable of creating constructs with level three superhuman durability.
  
• TIME MAGIC: Augustine is capable of using magic to manipulate time itself. He's capable of freezing time. He's capable of targeting certain people to be effected and making it so no person is affected but the world around them is. He can only hold this spell for 30 seconds at a time. Though he's capable of travelling back in time or forward in time, with himself or other people. (this part is mainly to aid in my side story)
  
• EMPOWERMENT: Augustine is capable of empowering people with the use of magic. He's capable of increasing someone's strength, durability, speed, and reflexes by three superhuman classes with this. This is not a permanent boost.

Reversing and speeding up Time is not allowed. You can temporarily freeze time at a maximum of a 30 ft radius for 30 seconds.

Set a time limit of augmenting someones magic and a max radius.

alright fine with the time stuff and the time limit is like 10 minutes and there is no radius, it's sight. If I can see them then I can empower them but they have to be willing.
