Attend 2 storyline events
Fight a level 3 or 4 villain and survive
Stop/commit 4 crimes (other rpers must be present and involved)
Attend a social event

LEVEL 3 CHECKLIST

Attend 3 "happenings" (1 must be catastrophe level)
Attend 3 story line events
Defeat or apprehend 4 lower level villains
Attend 3 social events
Stop or commit 7 crimes (other rpers must be involved)
